Southwold believe our technicians are one the front line employee who understand and give our R&D feedback of how to improve the product. Southwold¡¦s main focus is continuously seeking a better manufacturing process and at the same time improving quality of the product.
Also, our optical nodes are 100% QC tested. Each node comes with a report of tested specifications, date of the manufacturing, employee(s) who tested, and bar coded for accountability.
